DIA DE LA RAZA
CONCERT (Columbus' day)

On October 12th 2003
B&H C18 Argentina organized a gig celebrating the Dia De La
Raza (Columbus' day). On this date we celebrate in Argentina
European arrival to the continent. On this occasion two new bands
from the Argentina scene participated, Frontal Oi and
Barbarians. The attendance was not the expected due to the
improvisation with which the event was organized & the lack of time
for propaganda. However activist from Legion Negra (Black
Legion) parallel organization to C18, brought a great number of
young people.

The show started at 21 hours after some drinking and chatting and
about 70 people eagerly expected the gig to start. The first band on
the stage was Barbarians who were performing for the first time.
Their Heavy Metal style differentiates them from the rest of
Argentina's R.A.C. bands. The show was powerful and outstanding and
the most chorused song was "Mentiras" from the Spanish Band
Battalion de Castigo, which was excellently interpreted. |

Next to close the event the
band Frontal Oi delighted the public with their traditional Oi style
songs. First of all we want to
thank the comrades who came from other provinces to participate in
the gig and especially to the people from the German label Isenbeck
Musik for coming to our country and for distributing Argentinean
bands in Germany. Also B&H wants to thank to our comrade Ivana for
